For the Design Business Association I conducted an ‘in conversation’ with Marco Steinberg, Director of Strategic Design at Sitra (the Finnish Innovation Fund), on 13 November at Interbrand in London.We discussed Steinberg’s work at Sitra, what it means to innovate in the public sector, addressing ‘grand challenges’, and whether the design community is ready to help government redesign public services.
