Sharing my knowledge and pushing pedagogy – and learning from learners
I am an educator focused on Creative Industries, Business & Innovation, and Digital Publishing.
I am a Visiting Fellow at London South Bank University’s School of Arts and Creative Industries, where I also teach Creative Industries theory and practice at Level 4, and do primary research related to university-industry projects. Since 2017 I have lead the Business & Innovation module for the Design MA students at Ravensbourne University London.
Universities and programmes I have taught at or on include: Central Saint Martins, London College of Communication, SOAS University of London, Goldsmiths University of London, the Royal College of Art, Brunel University, De Montfort University, Plymouth University, the University of Reading, the University of Teeside, the University of Sunderland, the Leadership Programmes for China at the University of Oxford.
I have extensive experience in teaching methods, pedagogy and assessment, and have undertaken programmes at LSBU’s Centre for Research Informed Teaching and the Society for Research into Higher Education.
